Bell-tone is a one-man organisation. It used to be an actual company, in Hungary, dealing with toys (kids toys actually), with consultancy around Telco billing systems and investment in renewable energy systems applied to heating residential dwellings
That company is no longer, but the owner/founder held on to the name, moved to New Zealand and focused on his core strength - Enterprise Architecture. And let's be honest, who would want to invest in renewable energy systems applied to heating residential dwellings anyway. The price of electricity in NZ is much lower than in Europe, making such investments questionable to say the least
This makes Bell-tone in fact a non-entitiy. The reason I held on to the name is that I already owned the domain name and the email system is working most of the time (hail the cloud). I also like the connotation of clarity that surrounds the tone of a bell. The logo was bought and paid for when the company was still active, and became mine after the company ceased to exist.
Major influences on my work are taken from sports, from nature and the writer Douglas Adams. Sports provides a good view on team work, determination and focus. Nature has come up with some amazing solutions, that we, mortals, sometimes overlook. This is a good thing, because it keeps us sharp and inventive, while reinventing the obvious. Douglas Adams' influence has mostly to do with the logic used to resolve some pretty complex questions. This probably only works if you have the patience for such things
TOGAF certification and MCSA in Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture provide fundaments for what I do
